What we’re looking for in our Future Leaders… (We don’t expect you to have it all figured out — we’ll help you soar) 

• Some experience in busy hospitality settings (restaurants, cafés, or anywhere fast-paced) and a passion for people. 

• An interest in learning the ins and outs of hospitality management — from service to operations. 

• Curiosity about how businesses succeed, with an eagerness to understand P&L and KPIs. 

• Awareness of the important stuff like Health & Safety and Licensing Laws — or the drive to learn them with us. 

• Confidence in communicating, with a desire to grow into a strong and inspiring leader. 

• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check. 

• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
